I will be at the 40th Annual Mad River Valley Craft Fair in Waitsfield on Labor Day weekend.  The show takes place from 10-5 on Saturday and 10-4 on Sunday.  This is a fantastic show in a beautiful setting.  There will be over 100 juried artisans participating.  There will also be great food, music, and drawings for door prizes all day long!

Along with all my many recycled crafty treasures and my mom’s colorful pot holders and bibs, I will also be bringing many new zipper pieces that I am finishing up this week.  I’m hoping for beautiful weather once again this year.  See you there!!!

I will be at the Queen City Craft Bazaar on Saturday, May 8th from 10-5. The Spring edition will be held once again at 1 Main Street in Burlington, Vermont. This is Vermont’s only indie craft show, featuring 44 of the states most unique artists, designers, and crafters! There is no admission fee and the parking is also free! In order to be a vendor, each artist or crafter had to give a portion of their profits to the charity of their choice. I ended up raising $130 for the Rutland County Humane Society! It was a great day! Thanks to everyone that came out to support all of the vendors and their charities!

The Vermont Hand Crafters show went great.  Thanks to everyone who stopped by to look, say hi, or buy something.  I had so much fun even though it was long and crazy!  I would do it again in a second. See you there next year!

I also have work in a new gallery this week.  Steven Manning of the Depot Street Gallery and The Silver Spoon in Ludlow has taken a whole bunch of my zipper designs to sell at his store.  He makes the coolest art and jewelry out of recycled silver utensils.  Go visit him in Ludlow!

I also brought new stuff to Art on Main in Bristol yesterday and I am sending a huge box to Artisans Hand in Montpelier tomorrow.
I still have five more shows before Christmas, the next being Friday and Saturday of this week in Poultney for the Vermont Farmers Market. Think about shopping locally and handmade this year for the holidays. We all appreciate it and so won’t the recipients of your gifts!
